About Us

MEET YOUR OWNERS

Andy Lowrie is a Haughton native, a current fire captain at the Bossier City Fire Department, and has extensive experience in the private business sector.

Chris Turner is also a Haughton native, a Desert Storm War veteran, a former Louisiana State Trooper, and a recently retired Supervisory Deputy U.S. Marshal where he ran the U.S. Marshals Violent Offender Task Force (VOTF).

Both still live in and have strong family ties in Haughton.

With the growth of this new business venture, we plan to give back to not only our community but to the military and first responder communities that protect us and keep us safe.

We’ve spent thousands of hours transforming an old tired pawn shop building into what we hope you see as the area’s first and nicest upscale daiquiri, spirits, and specialty meat store with a firehouse theme.

Heck, we even have a fire truck inside our store.

We partnered with local area famous artist Chris Opp who designed and built our old Chicago firehouse building front.

We’ve partnered with several other hometown and area food vendors to bring you some outstanding specialty meat and take/bake food items ranging from steaks, sausage, boudin, brisket, meatloaf, mac/cheese, twice baked potatoes, and much more.

And don’t forget our nine Frosty Factory top of the line daiquiri machines and drive-through window.

Spend your hard earned money locally and we sincerely hope you love our place!
